Really had a great experience with MKJ Travel for our Japan trip! 🇯🇵 We went to both Osaka and Tokyo, and everything was well arranged and went smoothly. Our guide, Andrew, was really helpful, especially when it came to recommending places to visit. The places he suggested were actually perfect for us, and he even introduced us to some rare and less touristy places that we probably wouldn’t have found ourselves. He also helped us find halal food throughout the trip, which made things much easier for us. We really appreciated that because finding suitable food in Japan can sometimes be a bit challenging. We had a wonderful experience during our Tokyo trip with MKJ and are very happy with how the entire journey was arranged. The itinerary was well planned and gave us a great balance of sightseeing, exploring different parts of Tokyo, and enjoying some beautiful places outside the city as well. Everything was organised smoothly, which made the trip very comfortable and enjoyable for all of us. A special thank you to our guide, Andrew Lawrence, who was extremely helpful, friendly and attentive throughout the trip. The guide was always ready to assist us, explain things clearly, help with arrangements and make sure we were comfortable at every stop. Having such a helpful guide really made a big difference and allowed us to enjoy the trip without worrying about the details. Overall, we are very satisfied with MKJ’s service and truly enjoyed our Tokyo holiday. It was a memorable trip for us, and we would be happy to recommend MKJ to anyone looking for a well-organised and enjoyable Japan tour. Terima kasih banyak-banyak kepada Peter sebab jadi tour guide kami sepanjang trip ni. Terima kasih sebab sentiasa cuba penuhi request kami, termasuklah tolong carikan dinner walaupun dah lewat malam. Peter juga sangat memahami keperluan kami sebagai satu keluarga. Lepas kami semua dah penat berjalan-jalan di Takashimaya, Shibuya dan Skytree, siap tolong orderkan Uber supaya kami boleh balik dengan lebih selesa. Kami juga appreciate the flexibality bila kami decide untuk cancel Shibuya Sky, then sudi adjust plan ke Skytree pulak tanpa sebarang masalah. Had an incredible trip to Japan, all thanks to our amazing tour guide, Kimi! He was super friendly, gave us fantastic recommendations for local food and spots, and even doubled as our personal photographer. 😉 ​Since Kimi is fluent in Japanese, customizing our meals and communicating made everything completely stress-free. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience with our tour guide, Kimi. He was exceptional throughout the entire trip and truly made our journey enjoyable and stress-free. Kimi speaks Japanese fluently, which made communication with locals effortless and helped everything run smoothly. He was also incredibly kind and patient with the elder people, always making sure they were comfortable and never rushing them. He was very flexible with our itinerary and accommodating whenever we had requests or needed to make changes. On top of that, he is an excellent and safe driver, which made all our long journeys comfortable. What impressed us most was his knowledge of the places we visited. He shared interesting facts and the history behind each location, making every stop much more meaningful. He also knew all the best halal restaurants and shops, which was a huge help and gave us peace of mind throughout the trip. Thank you, Kimi, for your professionalism, kindness, and dedication. Our 7-day trip to Japan with MKJ Travel & Tours, covering Tokyo and Osaka, was a good and memorable experience. The places we visited were great, the itinerary was nice, and overall we enjoyed the trip. Special thanks to our tour guide, Qayyum, for making the trip smooth and enjoyable. He was very helpful, friendly, patient, and always tried his best to assist us. His Japanese language skills really made things easier throughout the trip. He also went the extra mile to help us find halal food and even helped to order food online for our dinners, which made things much more convenient for us. We enjoyed exploring both Tokyo and Osaka, from sightseeing and shopping to experiencing the local culture and food. It made the trip even more special and memorable for us. There were a few management issues that could be improved, such as ticket arrangements and the refund process, which took longer than expected. We also had some concerns with the driver in Tokyo, as the driving felt a bit unsafe at times with sudden braking. We informed Qayyum about this, and he acknowledged it and took the matter to the management. Overall, it was still a good trip and we had a great time. Hope MKJ can improve on management and coordination in the future. Thank you Qayyum for your great service and for making our Japan trip more comfortable and memorable. Our family of 11 (3 senior citizens, 7 young adults, and an infant) booked a private Japan Halal Holiday with MKJ Travel & Tours from 24 May to 31 May 2026, covering Tokyo and Osaka. From the very beginning, the MKJ team was helpful, responsive, and easy to deal with. The entire planning process was smooth, and they were always willing to assist with our requests and preferences. Upon our arrival in Tokyo, we were warmly welcomed by our tour guide, Aliff Qayyum. Throughout the trip, Aliff went above and beyond to ensure that everyone in our group was comfortable and enjoying themselves. His fluency in Japanese was a huge advantage, as he helped us communicate with locals and navigate various situations with ease. We had an amazing time sightseeing, shopping, enjoying delicious halal food, experiencing Japanese culture, and visiting places that matched our interests. The Airbnb accommodations in both Tokyo and Osaka were spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-suited for our large family group. The transportation arrangements were also comfortable and reliable throughout the trip. What truly made this trip special was Aliff’s dedication, patience, friendliness, and genuine care for our group. He was more than just a tour guide—he was an important part of what made this holiday so enjoyable and memorable.
